MN DNR land available for purchase

The Minnesota Department of Natural Resources will be conducting a sale of 10 parcels of excess real estate from Dec. 1-15.

Four of the properties are on three different lakes in Itasca County. Five are “rural and recreational properties” in Anoka, Pine, St. Louis or Wadena county.

The auction also includes the former regional DNR office facility on Highway 33 in Cloquet.

The property includes an office building, garage, several outbuildings and 7.7 acres of land (with a minimum bid of $480,000).
